30+ Girls' Skirts ~ FREE Tutorials & Patterns
Today I'm showcasing over 30 free girls' skirt patterns and tutorials - ranging in difficulty, from simple gathered skirts, to more complicated ones with scallops and lots of girlie ruffles. So, whether you are new to sewing, or a sewist with more experience, you'll find many different styles and designs, suitable for girls of all ages. Each tutorial contains step by step detailed instructions, with lots of photos, showing how you can make a skirt for a little girl in your life.
Little girls' skirts are one of the easiest garment projects to tackle. The fit is forgiving, thanks to the elastic waist that many are made with and the length is easy to adapt.
So many gorgeous girls' skirts!!! Head on over and visit these talented ladies. Tell them I sent you.
If you are looking for more inspiration, don't forget to have a look at the Girls' Skirts link party. With almost 200 skirts, you won't be short of ideas. There are tutorials, patterns, pattern reviews, tips and techniques. While you are there, add your own girls' skirts to the collection.

Whilst I love sewing girls' skirts, I'm not a fan of wearing skirts myself, so all the skirts I sew are relatively small. Do you enjoy sewing and wearing skirts?

All skirts have been chosen from the Skirts for Girls link party here at Threading My Way.
The other day I showed you the skirts I've already sewn for Skirting the Issue. Many of the skirts included in the roundup would be suitable to make for this worthy cause.
